Click here! MPS-455 Piston Stop
This positive stop T.D.C. checker is for Oldsmobile's only.  Oldsmobile spark plug and piston angles are not very good, so the normal positive stops available do not contact the piston properly.  Our tool, which is adjustable works with dish, flat top or dome pistons.  This fits all 1964 to 1990 Olds V-8 engines.

Click here! LB-842 Lifter Bar
This is an aluminum lifter bar as supplied in our No. CDK-455 kit.  It is 6.400" long and is .842" on one end and .921" on the other end.  This lifter bar makes camshaft degreeing easy because the indicator contacts the top of the machined bar not the pushrod seat in the lifter body.  This bar fits any engine with a .842" or .921 lifter bore dimension.

A specially modified 7" degree wheel to fit all Oldsmobile harmonic balancer 3/4" bolts 1964 to 1990 V-8 engines.  For positive T.D.C. readings this comes in our No. CDK-455 or can be purchased separately.  Works with any camshaft degree kit.

Bronze camshaft spacer .041" thick for worn blocks/new camshaft installations or .085" thick for excessively worn blocks caused by camshaft moving back and forth in block.  The .041" size should be used in all engines to eliminate wear.  Either spacer must be used in conjunction with No. TB-740.  Select size.

Click here! CS-40 Crankshaft Spacer
Crankshaft Timing Gear .040" Billet Steel Spacer.  This spacer slides onto the crankshaft and then you install the timing gear.  On some engines because of factory machining when you use our CS-120 cam spacer, the timing chain alignment is off and this is when we recommend the CS-40. (CS-120 not included)

This camshaft gear adapter is needed when using our hydraulic roller or diesel roller type cam cores.  The adapter allows you to use our steel gear (regular or roller) timing chain sets & comes with a special bronze cam spacer.  The TB-740 thrust bumper is recommended with this part.  (Not included)

Stops camshaft from moving back and forth in engine, giving perfect ignition timing and greater timing chain life.  Includes new camshaft bolt and bearing bronze cam spacer button.  Fits all 1964 to 1984 except diesel.  CS-120 cam spacer is required for use with this. (Not included)

TB-745 Camshaft Thrust Button & Bolt
This is the same as our TB-740 with the exception that it is .040" longer.  This thrust bumper was designed for those who already have their cam in the engine and didn't use our CS-120 cam spacer.  This eliminates camshaft walk and is recommended for all Olds V8's, stock or performance.  Reduces timing chain wear and ignition timing retard.

Same as TB-740 except it is .140" shorter for the TR-256 or TR-499 timing chain set when using our CS-120 & CS-40.

This fits under stock timing covers allowing you to advance or retard your camshaft in minutes.  Our TC-810 two piece timing cover is recommended.  Fits all Olds 330-350-400-425 and 455 up to 1976.  Easy installation.

Use this tool so you won't mar up the cam bearings.  This tool threads into the cam bolt hole and allows you to hold the cam steady by a handle while installing it into the block.
