Shown here is an example of our Overhaul Gasket Sets.  There are other sets to choose from depending on your application.  To purchase a gasket set with all of the upgraded, high performance gaskets, choose one of the '-HD' gasket sets.  Please check the chart below.  To purchase a gasket set, choose your part number at the bottom of the chart and click the 'BUY' button.  By purchasing our gaskets as a kit, you can save from 10% to 15% over buying the gaskets individually.

Head Gaskets (Sold in pairs)

Click here! CG-455 Copper Head Gaskets
Made from flat material and must be used with O-ringed heads or block.  Recommended for use with very high compression and nitrous oxide engines.  Use DC-86 Silicone and Mondello head studs or bolts for best results. A receiver groove in the cylinder head is recommended for compression ratios over 12.5:1 or 300+ hp of nitrous oxide.  Specify net bore and thickness in 'Comments' field on the bottom of the order form.

Single face 1010 tin plated carbon steel graphite composition head gasket that will fit up to a 4.220" net bore.  The compressed thickness is .028", 1/2" head bolts or studs will fit fine.  This gasket will work with up to 11:1 compression, but is not designed for O-rings.  Do not use gasket sealer.  Recommended to raise compression ratio.

Dual face 1010 tin plated carbon steel graphite composition head gasket that will fit up to a 4.220" net bore.  The compressed thickness is .038", 1/2 " head bolts or studs will fit fine.  This gasket will work with up to 13:1 compression with an O-rung block (.041" wire +.010" - .012" above the deck surface).  Do not use gasket sealer.  Recommended for use with Edelbrock Aluminum Cylinder heads and other engine applications, especially when experiencing head gasket problems.

Steel core Grafoil© facing, "Pozi-Seal" Beading, silicone coating and stainless steel fire ring head gaskets.  The I.D. bore of the gasket is 4.260" and is .051" thick and contains
11.9 cc's.  This gasket is a must if you want to lower your compression ratio a little bit or to obtain a little more deck clearance. Recommended for use with Edelbrock Aluminum Cylinder heads.

Although this is not a gasket, this item is commonly ordered with our intake gaskets.  Fits all Olds engines, small and big block.  Our valley tray is designed to keep hot oil off the manifold, allowing the manifold to stay much cooler for efficient performance.  Will fit all stock cast iron and aluminum manifolds (except Toronado). (Small blocks will have to be drilled and tapped to accept this valley tray.)
