Sales Terms and Policies
Limited Warranty
Due to government regulations effective January 1, 1975, regarding guarantees and warranties: Our products carry a warranty limited only to the replacement of parts which are received in defective condition due to materials or workmanship. We cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur to your equipment or any engine components after installation. We will not assume any liability for personal or property damage occurring through the use of our products.
Ordering Instructions
Call in your order at (805) 237-8808. You may charge your order to a Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card, or prepay by check, money order or wire transfer. (If you wish to prepay, call in advance for freight charges.) Personal checks require a 10 day waiting period before shipment of order. Include your name, address, & daytime telephone number so that we may verify your order.
Claims & Merchandise Return
Claims for shortage or error in shipment must be reported within 5 days of taking receipt of order. Claims for damage in transit must be made directly to Mondello Performance Products. All returns will need an authorization number and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued - credit towards merchandise only. No returns after 30 days of sale.
Telephone Calls and Orders
We welcome all of your telephone inquiries and orders, however there are times that our lines are extremely busy. Please bear with us and continue to try again when you have difficulties reaching us. We find that many of our customers and friends call for information before deciding on placing an order and we try to talk to everyone.
Freight Notes
All freight charges are F.O.B. Paso Robles, California, USA. We do not accept returns if the customer ships the items to us "COD Freight", nor do we pay any outgoing freight charges. All freight charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. All items are shipped via Federal Express Service. A signature is required for all deliveries. Items too large or too heavy for FedEx will be shipped the best way possible. In all cases, we strive to serve you and make shipping as convenient as possible. Orders from outside the United States must be prepaid or paid by credit card. Truck shipments must have freight charges paid in advance. Catalogs and Technical Reference Manuals are sent US Mail.
Shipping Containers
A specially constructed 40"x40"x40" plywood crate is used for shipping our short block and complete engine assemblies and the cost is $198.00. A similar crate is used for our blockless engine assemblies and the cost is $125.00. Double-wall corrugated boxes and liners are used for crankshafts and cylinder heads.

Effective January 1, 1997, MPPI will offer technical support from 8:30 am - 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Please note that although technical assistance is available through our
in-house technical representative, he is sometimes unavailable due to races and meets to support our racers. Thank you for your understanding.Parts Availability
Due to the decreasing availability of Oldsmobile engine parts, orders may be subject to substitution with the next best available part if applicable.
